Masses of deeply pink blooms are held above and within blue-green foliage and provide a vertical statement in a small space. That ultra-compact habit means it plays nicely with others in a container situation or massed at the front of garden beds. Adding a tropical feel to your garden couldnāt be easier. Like all the cannas in the Cannasolā¢ series, āHappy Isabelā is virus-free, a vigorous grower and a great hummingbird attractor. It will grow in light shade with moisture retentive soil, but prefers full sun ā particularly near or in the shallows of a water feature. In zones 3-6, let the frost brown the foliage and then dig rhizomes to store in a dark, frost-free basement.
